Trips are contracted and invoiced by the company in the network that serves the customer's country. Its name and terms appear on every offer, booking and invoice.

What this website does with your data

• It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking, and loads nothing from other websites. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
• The server may set strictly necessary cookies for security, such as a session cookie and protection against forged requests. They are not used to track you.
• Like any web server, it records technical request data (such as IP address, time and page requested) in short-lived logs to keep the service secure.
• When you email us, we use your message and contact details to answer you and, if you go ahead, to arrange your trip or partnership.

The supplier portal, the workspace and each company's customer pages have their own terms and privacy information, shown when you sign in.

AI in our operations

We use AI agents to read requests, prepare quotes and keep trip records. Our AI runs on our own servers; if it ever has to use an outside AI service, names and contact details are masked first. Automated decisions are logged with their reasoning, and a person can review and override any of them. Ask us at any time whether and how AI was involved in something that concerns you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) or the data protection authority where you live.
