A booking API and an MCP server, coming soon.
We are opening the network to software. Travel platforms, agency systems and AI agents will be able to find services, request quotes and confirm bookings directly, through the same operations floor our own team uses.
What is planned
Nothing below is open for production use yet. Early-access partners help shape it.
| Surface | Status | What it will do |
|---|---|---|
| Booking API | Coming soon | Search services, request a quote, confirm a booking and follow its status over HTTPS with an API key. |
| MCP server | Coming soon | The same actions as tools an AI agent can call directly, under the same rules as the API. |
| Booking updates | Coming soon | Notifications when a quote is ready, a booking is confirmed or a trip changes. |
| llms.txt | Available | A plain-text summary of the network for language models and agents, at connect2trip.com/llms.txt. |
How it is being built
The same path as people
An agent's request goes through the same operations floor, pricing and checks as one sent by email. There is no separate, weaker path for machines.
Personal data stays protected
Our AI runs on our own servers. If it ever has to use an outside AI service, names and contact details are masked first.
A person stays in charge
Automated decisions are logged with their reasoning and can always be overridden by a person.
