Requests are handled by one operations floor — AI agents that read every message, keep one record per trip, source local operators and prepare quotes and invoices, with people taking over wherever judgement is needed. Each trip is contracted and invoiced by the company in the network that serves the customer's country.

- To request a trip today, a person (or an agent on a person's behalf) emails info@connect2trip.com with dates, places and the number of travellers. Rough details are enough for a first quote.
- Requests for quotes and bookings are sent to suppliers from addresses ending in @connect2trip.com.
