How a trip moves

Every request follows the same line, with one record of the trip that everyone works from. Agents do the reading, chasing and paperwork; people decide wherever judgement is needed.

    An email with dates, places and the number of people. Rough details are enough to start.

  2. Quote

    Priced from real supplier rates and clear margin rules.

  3. Source

    Local operators in the area are asked to quote for the job.

  4. Confirm

    The booking is accepted and the operator receives every detail it needs.

  5. Operate

    Changes on the day reach the driver and the guide, and the record is kept up to date.

  6. Invoice

    One invoice from the company in the network that serves the customer, linked to every cost behind it.
